Please ensure you are using whitehatbox 1.1.1 or higher version.

And please ensure the software is connecting data server - The 3 small boxes at the right bottom of the program need become green.

Hi indiego, once you download it, it will be saved, no need download again.

I think there must be some wrong on your pc settings.

Maybe your PC is set to recover everything once restart ?

You can try to use administrator rights to run whitehatbox app and try to download again.

If you still can't make it work, you can add my skype - chinasunny5, I will help you there.

is it working also for foreign minority languague, f.example "Slovak"?
Cuz however I choose the SLovak in installation of thesaurus, I dont see any spinning. Answer, if yes, im gonna find what i did wrongly.

Slovak is a default option, unfortunately we don't yet have a Slovak thesaurus.

Hi

After installing the White box app, when I launch it, I cannot download, it gives me a message

"Cannot download the software now because the software is connecting to the data server."

But it does not connect.'

Please guide me. Do I have to sign in to connect to the data server?

when trying to sign into white hat box login from the software it tell me incorrect username and password and in my browser I am logged in with the correct details here on the forum.


Please help.
